Refund policy

All sales on digital products are final. Guides are delivered instantly and can't be returned, so we don't offer refunds for change of mind.

If something is wrong with your file, we'll make it right. Email info@pdfguideshark.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number if:

• your download link doesn't work or the file won't open,
• you received the wrong product, or
• the product is materially different from its description.

We'll send a working file or the correct product first. If we can't fix the problem, we'll refund you in full.

Accidental duplicate purchases of the same product are refunded on request.
